OYO 89607 Aloha Chalet

The shared area was roomy, a nice place to sit and catch the breeze. Our room was clean and comfortable, and both the air-conditioning and water heater worked well. We had a hiccup with the Agoda reservation, but it was sorted out promptly, so check-in went smoothly. The lady boss even offered a hair dryer without us having to ask. It's easy to find by car and close to the beach. We'll definitely come back.

Raudah made our stay memorable. She was around most of the time, greeted us when we arrived at night, let us leave our vehicle there while we were away for a few nights, and helped arrange a ride back from the jetty after I called at the last minute. There were no taxis because it was the first day of Raya. She's a very kind, lovely lady, and we'd recommend the place and come back. It's a small hotel with just 9 rooms. The room was basic, cleanliness was acceptable but could be better, and the air-conditioning was cold. The hotel is about 2km from Bukit Keluang, a beautiful rocky mountain by the beach.

We had a wonderful stay and will surely return. The owner and staff were warm and kind, and the room was clean and spacious, with air-conditioning, a TV, fridge, and ironing equipment. It feels like a chalet with hotel facilities. The location is convenient for the beach, iconic Bukit Keluang, the Mara school, and IPG Teacher's training institution. Highly recommended.

A pleasant stopover before heading to Jetty Kuala Besut. The service was excellent and check-in was smooth. The place looked hygienic, and our spacious room had a comfy bed, a/c, water heater, and shower. It worked perfectly for us. Thanks, Aloha Chalet. We'll come again, insyaAllah.
