I'm so upset. We booked this hotel well in advance, showed our Agoda confirmation, and had already paid. But when it was time to check in, the reception staff told us the booking was canceled. Why didn't Agoda cancel it? One staff member said the money would be refunded in two weeks, while another said they didn't know. Which is it? After a long trip, we just wanted to rest, then suddenly we were told the place was full and the booking was canceled. Really bad. Please improve things a little.
