I visited twice during the hours the signs said reception was open, but couldn't find anyone at either the old desk on floor 5 or the new one on floor 7. The complex looks very aged, and security didn't feel reassuring on first impression. It's mostly abandoned, with several access points, no staff around, no locked guest-only areas and no cameras. There was a contact number at the desk and a combination lockbox, so maybe you can reach staff and get the cheap 48rm room with breakfast advertised on the sign.

The corridor was dark and paint was peeling in several places. The room TVs were old tube models, and the lift looked worn enough that I wondered if it might break down. Security also worried me on first impression. The hotel seems poorly maintained and not worth the price. I wouldn't recommend staying for now unless improvements are made soon.

The room was clean, and they supplied good soap. Breakfast was a simple but decent buffet. Service was good too. It's in a large old building, and Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby, not the room.

The outside wasn't pleasant, though the interior was fairly comfortable. The bed was comfortable, but the room was small. The toilet could use a little improvement.
