The mattress was really comfortable, and the place was clean and felt fair for the price. The reception staff were friendly and helpful; the newer staff member seemed experienced and knew how to deal with customers. I rested well, thanks. It would be nice to have more TV channels, though. Pretty okay overall 🤭

The Wi-Fi never worked, so I had to use my phone hotspot. Also, switching on the bathroom light started the fan, and cigarette smoke came in from the next room. The bathroom itself was spacious, with a window in the room and clean bedsheets. It’s only a few minutes’ walk to the MRT, which made trips to the city centre or Putrajaya easy. But there was nowhere to put toiletries by the sink: they kept sliding into it, and there wasn’t a shelf. The power socket was high on the wall. Working on my laptop meant sitting on the edge of the bed, and charging my phone was awkward. I piled up my suitcase and backpack to reach it. There were mothballs on the floor between the bed and the window. Since I was alone, I slept on the other side, but if two people were sharing, one would have had to sleep beside them. The smell was disturbing, and the related health risks shouldn’t be dismissed. At 80 RM a night, I found it somewhat expensive.

This hotel sucks. I paid for the room through agoda, but the hotel said there was no room because they had lots of customers that day. 👎👎👎

A decent stay for an affordable price. You get what you pay for.
