We really enjoyed staying here and liked Kuala Lipis too. Our room was comfortable and very nice, with a balcony view. The staff were helpful and kind, and breakfast was nice. There was safe, good parking for our scooter or motorcycle.

My husband, our baby and I ended up here on an unplanned stay. The room with two single beds cost just rm100 per night and included a decent breakfast. It had air conditioning, and the lift worked. The reception toilet was super clean.

I slept really well on the firm bed, and the pillows were semi-firm too. The rooms have been newly renovated, and the towels are new. They provide shower gel, shampoo, coffee and tea. The TVs were working well.

It's a small town, so you can reach things on foot. The hotel is opposite a beautiful park, with DIY, KFC and secret recipe also across the road. The room was large enough and well kept, with everything in it, and the lobby was beautiful. Complimentary breakfast was included. Staff were helpful enough, though they could be friendlier. I booked through Agoda and thought the price was cheap for the value. It was an amazing stay.

A big group of us bikers stayed here and had a bad experience. Renovation work made the place very noisy. We told reception, but the receptionist wasn't helpful. Instead of asking the contractors to stop, she messaged that she couldn't assist and that we should just bear the noise. The hotel staff weren't helpful. We would recommend this hotel for your stay here.
