The food at the on-site restaurant was exceptional, with a wide choice for different tastes. The hotel is also well placed for exploring the city, with plenty of attractions within walking distance. Rooms were immaculate and had all the modern amenities you'd want. The staff were friendly, housekeeping attentive, and the service impeccable. I'll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone. 5/5 stars✨

There are plenty of eateries and several convenience stores nearby, and the quick check-in itself was brief. The room was clean, though not especially large, and some areas seemed neglected, with facilities that felt outdated. Service could have been better. Noise came through the seams, and you could hear every word from a guest in the hallway. The delay came later, when we had to wait for missing room keys and that was counted as a check-in delay. It would do for a short stay, but comfort, upkeep, and attention to detail need improvement. For the price, I'd call it average for backpackers. Don't expect too much.

I stayed here last week and had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, room service didn't let me down, and the hotel was well maintained overall. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a budget hotel in kuchai lama.

The receptionist was very rude. She told me I couldn't sit in the lobby if I hadn't taken a room. I explained that I wanted to get a room, but my husband had taken my IC, so I was only waiting there for my Grab driver to pick me up. S
