Binjai 8 Premium Soho KLCC - Artez Maison

The location of Binjai 8 Premium SOHO is a real plus, and the pool and gym are great amenities. The rooms were good, and nearby Zus Coffee was tasty too. The big problem was how loudly our neighbors were making noise. My parents couldn't sleep, and even after we told security, they couldn't do anything about it. The facilities and location are great, but noise can be an issue and may go unresolved.

We paid too much for a place that wasn't worth the money. It was a 1LDK with two bathrooms, but the toilet seats were dirty, the floor felt unstable throughout, and there were lots of bugs. The bed, sofa, and dining chairs all seemed like they might break as soon as someone sat or lay down. Nothing could be watched on the TV, no series or movies. The lamp in the bedroom had no Malaysian plug, so it didn't fit the socket. The WiFi worked fine. It was self check-in, with keys collected from a mailbox, which was okay. The people downstairs at the front were sometimes nice, but the WhatsApp contacts ignored us or took a long time to reply. They wouldn't let us cancel the booking, and still haven't returned our 600ryn damage deposit, which was too much. Other hotels at the same price are much better, and the other hotel we stayed at was definitely better for the same price. The halls after getting out of the elevator felt creepy, with so many doors that you couldn't see who was coming toward you. I wouldn't recommend this place to women traveling alone or families with children. There are so many other options. Be careful choosing a hotel, and don't pick this one.

This modern, clean high-rise apartment was very well furnished and felt worth every cent. It's very close to KLCC, and security was good. I got a room on the 27th floor. Well recommended for 2-3 people.

My unit was on a high floor. The facilities are simple but provided, with a swimming pool and gymnastics on Level 6. There are different lifts for different floor units. The entrance is on Level G, with my news kiosk and a cafe that's not open 24 hours. Parking is on B1 and B2.
