The place looks a little worn, but the room, bed, and bathroom were clean. The room is small, though there’s enough space to move around, and the shower has plenty of hot water. It’s quiet inside, with the only noise coming from outside because it’s near the roadside. Rates are very reasonable, and there’s a fusion food eatery downstairs.

I had a pleasant stay here compared with S****a. The price is much better and the toilet is much bigger. I’ll support this hotel whenever I’m back in Kepong.

Really cozy and nice, though the air conditioning gets very cold.

The bed was comfortable and my small room stayed clean, so most of the stay was satisfactory. But the receptionist was a real problem. He didn’t seem interested in communicating properly and seemed to enjoy arguing and quarrelling with customers. I also tried giving feedback to the Chinese uncle, who I think was the supervisor or owner, but he didn’t seem able to accept it. The lift wasn’t working either, which made things more inconvenient and took away from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The room was clean and neatly arranged. But the electricity suddenly went off at 2230H, and the staff just told me, “CANT DO ANYTHING AND WAITING FOR THE MANPOWER.” I understand repairs take time, but please communicate properly. Also, the amount on the receipt was completely different from what I booked through platform A.
