The location is good, but this place wasn't worth the stress. I booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit and was given one with only one bathroom. They insisted that's what I'd booked until I showed proof. Then they said the other apartment was under maintenance. After going round in circles because communication on arrival was almost impossible, they only found a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit when I said I'd cancel and look elsewhere. It's a silly setup and the arrival communication was very poor. Luckily, our airport transfer driver knew what he was doing. Avoid it and save yourself the hassle. Amateur hour, like Faulty Towers.

I booked this through booking.com in May 2025 for a May 2026 arrival. When I got in touch with the host, I found out the apartment wasn't available. With that and the other reviews in mind, I'd avoid this property.

A nice place to unwind by the pool, and the room was lovely and clean. The facilities are new and work well. Good location too, so I’d recommend it for a KL trip.

There aren't even basic conveniences here, like the convenience stores found in most KLCC buildings. The building feels cheaply made and needs maintenance. Rooms are poorly constructed, and noise carries from nearby apartments and hallways. There’s no AC in the lobby, on the floors, or in common areas, and even the elevator is unfriendly to use. Glad we're only here for seven days. I can't recommend this place.

I'm fed up with this place. Even when the lifts are supposedly open, you can wait half an hour, and they keep closing for no clear reason. Every trip turns into a hassle. It feels careless and inconvenient, and the stress just isn't worth it.
