The rooms are great, and the location is handy for TRX shopping centre, the MRT, and decent cafés and food places within walking distance. The lifts are the problem. Waiting 15-20 minutes to go up or down can happen, and there aren't enough for a 60-level apartment and suites. What were they thinking when they designed the building?

The room was much smaller than the booking website description, and the place felt hectic, with people constantly coming and going and several Airbnb companies operating in the same building. The sewage was clogged and smelled, and the elevator panel touchscreen didn't work. After a long wait, you might even miss your floor. Check-in seemed to depend on whether they could get to you. Even two hours after the published check-in time, I still couldn't get in. They just said, "Sorry, we were very busy today." They also didn't change all the pillowcases or sanitize the bathroom, so hygiene was at the bare minimum. They charged service and cleaning fees but still expected guests to take out all the garbage. No water or toothbrush was provided either. Definitely don't recommend.

We arrived at 4:00 PM on December 31st with a confirmed booking, but people ignored our calls several times, and security tried to turn us away, saying, “It’s all booked.” Soon, several intermediaries who seemed to be waiting there offered apartments in the same building for nearly twice the price. When we threatened to call the police, someone showed up with a screenshot of our booking. He said the hotel was fully booked and offered us a place on the outskirts instead. We politely refused and asked him, as the host, to cancel through Booking.com. After I showed him the booking number, he pressured me to hand over the PIN so he could cancel in my name, which would have left me paying cancellation fees. It was an outrageous experience. Around 50 people on site had the same problem, which clearly indicates organized fraud. Because of this, we unfortunately won't visit Kuala Lumpur again, and strongly advise others to avoid this place.

We stayed for six days and five nights on a business trip in Maple Homes unit C-31-06 (Room B), entering through the C2 lobby. It was a studio with furniture in okay condition, and we slept well. The kitchenette is small but usable for cooking. It had a fridge, microwave, electric kettle, hair dryer, extension sockets, iron, ironing board, and two towels. The basics didn't include a toothbrush, toothpaste, or coffee and tea sachets. The location is convenient: TRX Exchange is 200m away on foot, with the TRX MRT just in front of the mall. Ping Min Hub's food market runs nearby every weekend in August 2025. Levain Boulangerie and Fukuya are next door, and there's another homestay opposite. Free visitor parking is at B1, though each time we drove in we had to wait for the boom gate and answer questions from the guards. Our main complaint is Maple Homes' lack of response and service. They changed our 3pm check-in to 4.30pm and didn't reply about our 830am early checkout. We had to wait and were late for meetings at our respective companies. We paid a RM200 deposit before checking in, yet they weren't accommodating to us. We were very disappointed. An affordable price doesn't justify poor service. Please read the reviews carefully before staying.
