I arrived exhausted after an international flight, only to be left alone to deal with this place after my original hotel refused late-night check-in without warning. They also demanded a cash-only security deposit and wouldn't take a card, which was very uncomfortable right after arriving in the country. The room was in no state to stay in: stained, dirty sheets; pillows with stains and a strong sweat smell; dirty cups and glasses I had to wash myself; a broken blackout blind; damaged faucets; and a toilet that wouldn't flush properly. The street outside was so noisy that resting was almost impossible. I have photos and videos of the room. Because of the hygiene problems, I couldn't sleep properly and left before my stay ended. I had to pay for another hotel to get somewhere clean and safe to rest. It was deeply stressful and disappointing. Avoid this place, I wouldn't recommend it.

The service is bad, and there wasn't even tissue paper or a bathroom slipper provided. Changing the bedding between guests is basic hotel hygiene, but the sheets had hair, stains and blood on them. There are plenty of reviews complaining about this same problem, so you'd think the hotel would make sure the sheets are washed and changed each time.

After reading so many negative reviews, I see I wasn't the only one with a terrible stay. The rooms are extremely dirty and room service is useless. If the hotel can't meet 4-star expectations, it should just shut down. Even budget hotels do a better job. Not worth your money at all.

The location is 5/5 and the staff are friendly. I've stayed here a few times, but my latest visit, in 2026 Feb, will be my last. Almost everything else needs major improvement: yellow stains on the towel, dirty bed linen and floor, a filthy kettle, a curtain roller that doesn't work, and more.
