Amari Kuala Lumpur

We had a good time at Amari and would like to see the upkeep and good work continue. During our stay from Feb 13-16, we had two connecting rooms that were clean and a decent size. Staff, from reception to housekeeping, were polite and helpful. They also accommodated our requests for firmer mattresses and pillows, which deserves real kudos. Gardens, Mid Valley, and KLEC are nearby, with plenty of food and drink options that are easy to reach. Grab rides were easy to get too.

After long days of work, it was nice to come back to a clean, spacious, comfortable room at Amari. I was there on a business trip, and the Nyonya Laksa from room dining was an unexpected treat, super delicious and a generous portion too. I appreciated their customer service as well. I’d forgotten to request an invoice during my stay, but even a month later the team replied to my email quickly and helped right away. Great hospitality and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Breakfast and the evening cocktails and canapés in the lounge were a highlight. Everything tasted so good that eating out seemed redundant. There’s a sheltered walk to Gardens mall, Midvalley mall, and the train station, which makes the location convenient. The gym and pool looked good, though I didn’t get to try them. Service was top notch, and we’ll definitely return if we’re in Kuala Lumpur. I stayed in the one-bedroom suite at Amari Kuala Lumpur, and it exceeded my expectations. We were warmly welcomed with a surprise birthday cake and room decor. The room was very clean and thoughtfully designed, with lots of lamps and warm lighting that made it feel like home. I especially liked the bathroom’s ring light mirror, freestanding bathtub, and top-quality Panpuri amenities. I usually get easily spooked staying alone in a hotel room, but here I felt cozy and safe, like I was at home.

The buffet spread was wonderful, and we were happy with our stay. The hotel is linked to The Gardens and Midvalley mall, less than a five-minute walk away. We came from SG, my husband and I, to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The room was cozy, huge, and well maintained. When the air conditioning wasn’t cold enough, maintenance fixed it quickly. We were pleased with the service and the friendly reception staff. Mr Ammar served us at both check-in and check-out and was excellent and friendly.
