The room was spacious and clean, with toiletries, towels, kitchen supplies, TV, wifi and a pool. We could use cups, glasses, scissors and a knife, and could cook too. There's a restaurant downstairs, a convenience store and an ATM in the building, while Putra mall is a 3-5 minute walk away. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and checked in by email or message to ask if we needed anything. We arrived late, after staff had closed at midnight, but they sent all the details we needed for a smooth self check-in. Their airport transfer partner was also friendly and helpful. The drivers let us use their hotspot to check Naibnb's messages and emails so we could get in, and they told us about their families and Malaysia along the way, explaining the buildings like tour guides. Eric Yap is the owner. I'd recommend it for groups, especially those travelling with babies or seniors, and for late arrivals. Just tell Naibnb you want the transfer and they'll arrange it.

The apartment has a great KLCC view and plenty of space for one person. It was easy to get around KL, with the LRT beside Sunway Putra Mall about a five-minute walk away. Trains pass roughly every 3 minutes, though, and the noise was hard to ignore during the day. Earplugs from management might help at night, but not then. I also found several things that need attention: the air conditioning barely cooled, the fan remotes didn’t work, and the bedroom curtains let in too much light. The train noise and early light woke me at 7am every morning, which wasn’t great on vacation. There were stains on the bedsheet, and no sponge or cloth for washing dishes.

The infinity pool was the highlight for me, especially in the evening, with views of the Twin Towers, KL Tower, and Merdeka Tower. The team were friendly, humble, and quick to help. Everything else went smoothly too, from an easy check-in to check-out. The property matched its description, felt clean and elegant, and was worth the price. I loved the stay! ✨

The view was lovely, and the apartment had everything we needed. We had two BIG rooms, both clean, and it felt like a perfect home. We had a nice stay in Kuala Lumpur, and I’d recommend it to others.

The rooms are spacious and just need a few updates before I’d give the place five stars. We had an easy, hassle-free check-in, and the host was accommodating whenever we needed something. The location was great, right across from the train station in central Malaysia and only a few kilometers from a fantastic mall.
