The check-in instructions were a mess. I had asked for them a week in advance and kept following up, but the agent said they'd only send them at 2:40 pm for a 3 pm check-in. I waited until 2:41 and still had nothing, while my whole family was already at Anggun residence. After I called, the agent finally sent the details, but gave us the wrong check-in location and confused us by telling us to go somewhere else. Once we confirmed Anggun residence was where we were staying, the agent hadn't told the person in charge to give us the access card. We were left waiting in the lobby for ages until I called again and again. Worst check-in instructions I've dealt with.

The apartment was big, with two rooms, and the weekend price was affordable.

The place wasn't maintained well, and it didn't look like the pictures. The gym and swimming pool tiles were under maintenance, so neither was accessible, and the lifts weren't working. The house itself was poorly maintained too. I wouldn't recommend it.

I don't recommend this property agent, Sleepy Bear. I rent a unit from them long-term, and on my first day it was incredibly dirty and dusty. They hadn't cleaned it properly, and it seemed they never used a vacuum cleaner on the room. I couldn't use my lift card because the landlord hadn't paid the management costs for six months. When I contact them on WhatsApp about something in the unit, they respond very slowly. I'm sure other agents are much better.

The owner offered to arrange another room, but it was too far away, so I bought ant poison to try to get rid of the ants. The location and view are good, but there were lots of ants.
