Mr. Herin, the Duty Manager, was especially friendly and professional, and was always willing to help. His warm hospitality really added to my stay. The service was outstanding throughout, and the location is very convenient for shopping, food and other attractions. I had a wonderful stay at ANSA Hotel Kuala Lumpur and would happily return. Great hospitality, excellent service, and a memorable visit. Highly recommend.

The lobby staff were lovely, always smiling, attentive to details and ready to help. Their kindness made sure everything went smoothly. I stayed four nights and had a great experience: the hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location is amazing, close to everything and making it easy to get around Kuala Lumpur. I'd definitely recommend it and come back. Very satisfied with the whole stay, x1000!

During my most recent stay, I left an item behind by accident, and the team was quick and helpful in getting it back to me. Josephine, the Front Office Manager, deserves special thanks for her professionalism and dedication. She went the extra mile and left a lasting impression. The staff are consistently warm, polite and attentive, so every visit feels welcoming and easy. I've stayed at ANSA Hotel Kuala Lumpur many times, and it has become my home away from home in KL. Its location in the heart of Bukit Bintang is hard to beat, with shopping malls and great food spots just steps away. That convenience makes each trip easier. Every stay has been smooth and stress-free. The rooms are spotless, modern and comfortable, a nice place to relax after a long day, and I appreciate how consistent the experience is. This is my first choice whenever I'm in Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended for comfort, convenience and outstanding service. I'll keep staying here in future!

Diana at the concierge provided great service, and the location is excellent. The room was huge, but traffic noise came in from the road even on a high floor because it wasn't soundproof. The sheets had stains and dirt for the first two days, though we finally got clean ones on day three. Water also runs out of the shower area and can leave the washing area wet after a bath.

You're right by the main shopping malls, and there are Gundam shops too. The location is perfect, and it suits families and young people alike. The room had little furniture, even though ours was a triple or quad room. Also, there isn't wheelchair access from 10 pm to 10 am, though you can ask permission to use the service lift or open access.
