The location is the only good thing here. The room was extremely filthy, with no amenities beyond shower gel and shampoo. The towels were in terrible condition, and ants crawled from the bathroom all through the room.

The room felt uncomfortable and creepy as soon as I walked in, and I barely slept. There was greasy residue on the floor, cockroaches in the bathroom, hair on the bed, and almost no light in the very dim bathroom shower area. During the night, I could hear foreign workers talking on phones in the corridor. The first-floor atmosphere also felt gloomy, and check-in was handled by a foreign worker. The photos online look completely different from the reality. This was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve had, and I’ll never come back. I don’t understand how it has good Agoda reviews; those people must have been blind.

The room price was reasonable and parking was convenient, but the service let me down. The TV remote didn’t work, I couldn’t get any tissue despite asking, and there was no housekeeping on the second day. Staff had difficulty communicating in Malay, and the location felt foreign to me, with few food options nearby. I might stay again on my own, but I wouldn’t confidently recommend it. If I had another hotel to choose, I wouldn’t pick this one.

The room smelled musty as soon as I opened the door, and there were cobwebs that made it look like it hadn't been cleaned or occupied in a while. Baby roaches were running across the floor, and just a few steps inside I spotted a large one on the bed. I went straight back to reception and was fortunately able to cancel. I booked at the last minute and really should have read the reviews first. Even a budget stay should meet basic cleanliness standards. This place deserves a negative star rating.
