At night, when the magnetic card stopped working, all the electronics shut off, including the lights and air conditioning. With no windows, it felt suffocating. Cockroaches were roaming the rooms, apparently a widespread problem. The sheets were dirty, stained, and holed, and the towels were very worn or even gray. Staff were negligent and seemed to think all this was normal. It felt like a ghost hotel, with no one around except the employees. Cheap hotel, cheap service.

There were black hairs on the bed, stained sheets, and a bathroom soaked as if someone had just hosed it down. Worst of all, a dead rat was in the toilet, and we had to pour in more water and flush it away. The room had no windows, despite the bright photos online. We had asked whether it was clean and were told it was, but then got charged an unexpected deposit. Staff didn't speak to us or offer another room, just pointed us toward the door. Awful stay. Avoid this place.

The sheets were stained and made our skin itchy, the toilet floor was dirty, and there was no soap in our room. The room itself was dirty, full of cockroaches, and the AC wasn't cold. We had no lift, and when we complained that the TV wasn't working, the staff member sighed a lot and seemed annoyed. Bad service and a bad room. If the TV doesn't work, they shouldn't put one in.

The room was big enough for three people, and you could manage a one-day stay, but don't expect facilities like a three-star hotel. The room and toilet were very poorly cleaned and smelled bad. We asked a worker to clean the toilet, but ended up doing it ourselves to get rid of the odor.
