The room smelled bad and had no windows. There was no AC remote, so I had to control it from my phone, and there were only local TV channels. The pillows were so thin that I asked reception for an extra one, but they said it would cost 10rm. They had a key to my room and came in to service it while I was out. In the morning, a service boy knocked even though the door was locked. I didn't answer, but he came in without my permission. That's not fair.

The room had lots of tiny cockroaches, which made the stay unpleasant. When we wanted to cancel, both ladies on staff gave us sour looks and didn't even say sorry. It's not about whether the price is low or demand is high, the room still needs to be clean. Thanks to the guy who was kind enough to move us to another room, but we were still unhappy staying there.

The rooms don't seem to be looked after regularly. The AC only blew air, and the bathroom water drained badly. The place is close to Alor Street and other busy spots where you can find and buy food.

The shower water was very slow and wasn't hot as promised. Service was poor too: no receptionist was at the counter, and I called for 30 minutes before anyone showed up.

The room was small, the TV had no channels, and the water heater couldn't be used. The elevator wasn't operating either.
