What a bad experience. I booked a month ahead with payment listed as due at the property. When I arrived and contacted them to check in, they said they were fully booked. I've never experienced this kind of service before.

At check-in, I showed my booking ID, but they kept asking for another one that I never received in their email and told me to check my email again. They also asked for a RM100 deposit, supposedly refundable at checkout. Only at checkout did they tell me the refund would take 3-5 days, then the message changed to more than 7 days. That information was totally unacceptable. Not everyone is rich or able to wait 3-5 days for a refund. They never mentioned needing a deposit either. What if someone doesn't have enough money, or doesn't have the extra booking ID from your management? Can they not check in? This management didn't solve my problem immediately, and I can't accept that. I'll keep emailing to complain.

We found over three cockroaches right after entering the first room, so we asked to move immediately. The second room had more than three too, around the kitchen and toilet. The apartment also smelled bad and felt unsanitary. I was extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend staying here. I hope management improves things.

The reservation service was very poor, and replies to customers were slow. The stay wasn’t worth it. I’d rate it zero stars.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, parking is easy in the basement, and the price is reasonable. The beds are comfortable and the room was clean, as it usually is. This used to be my favourite spot in KL for a short getaway. The room boy was polite, friendly, and really good. I’m a light sleeper, though, so I’d reconsider if you’re like me, or bring earplugs.
