Please don't stay here. In block A1 there are four lifts, but usually only one works, while the others are either full or always under maintenance. Sometimes they repair one at 8 AM when people are heading to work, and at times all four are out, so you have to use the stairs. Imagine living on the 10th to 38th floor, with that wait for a lift or the climb. On top of that, sometimes there's barely any water. Ugh.

Most of the time, only two lifts are serving the 8*38 units in Block A1. One has been broken for nearly the whole year, and another often has problems. Today, three are out of order during peak hour, so everyone's taking the stairs like it's a fire drill. The lifts are old and troublesome.

The management office service was terrible. The woman at the front desk needs to speak more respectfully to visitors who come for help. Her manner can feel humiliating and threatening. She should learn to communicate more gently and offer information and guidance with respect.

I went to management last month to apply for an access card. After I paid, the lady wearing a tudung told me it would take seven days. A month has gone by, and when I came back to ask, she gave me a dirty look and said, “just wait until we call you.” The way she speaks is awful, and I don't understand why the company hires people with no manners. If you don't like the job, please let someone deserving have it. tq
