The building was so quiet it felt like a ghost house, and I didn’t see any hotel guests on the day I checked in. The restaurant had closed, and the building’s car park was shut because its parking system was broken. My TV didn’t work; when I asked the technician, he said all the hotel’s TVs were down. The place is rundown. I’ll never stay here again.

I only booked this hotel because I needed to be near the High Court KL early in the morning and the other nearby hotels were full. For 150 a night, I'd rather have slept in my car. The room was filthy, the floor sticky, hair clumped in the shower, and the shower drain was clogged. My son played near the window, then I noticed its lock was broken. What if something had happened? I'm lost for words about how bad this place was. Yuck, it sucks. Don't ever book here again.

The view was nice, but the room smelled bad and was dusty. The bed had stains and hair on it, and there was no hot water in the shower. Breakfast was the worst part: there was a cockroach on the bread. The choices were porridge, noodles, or toast, with no plain water, just orange juice, teh, and coffee. The door lock didn't work properly either, and the door couldn't be opened, so people couldn't get in or out. A cheaper price may mean worse cleanliness and service. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

This is a high-end priced hotel, but I wouldn't stay unless I wanted special services. It seems to be a red district hotel where girls stay and provide services. The spa on the 6th floor was also a bad experience: there was no spa at all, and the ladies were not good quality.
