We arrived in Kuala Lumpur at 4:50am, much earlier than expected, and needed somewhere to rest before our proper hotel check-in at 3pm. Exhausted, we picked this place because it was the first nearby hotel we saw. The room was small but looked clean enough for a few hours' rest. The staff was kind, and the hotel asks for a refundable 50 MYR deposit at check-in. But cigarette smell was everywhere, from the elevator into the room, which made our short stay uncomfortable. The whole vibe felt more like a short-stay place for quick stopovers than a proper hotel for a vacation. If you only need somewhere to crash for a few hours, it works. Picky travelers might want to look elsewhere.

The staff were unhelpful. Even though I paid in advance on Booking.com, they charged me the full amount again. I've reported it and emailed several times, but got no response or refund. Avoid this hotel.

The housekeeping staff were the only people who greeted me with a smile. The main thing going for the hotel is its location near KL Sentral, but I got a fungal infection during my stay.

There’s no window in the room, but it was cozy and tidy, and the bathroom was neat too. KL Sentral is just across the road, with plenty of food nearby. If you’ll be out all day and just need somewhere to sleep, it’s a decent, affordable choice.
