Our family keeps returning here for birthdays and other special events, and every visit has been lovely. The rooms are comfortable, the facilities are cared for, and it’s a relaxing spot for a staycation. The staff’s service is what really stands out. Lisa deserves a special thank you. She’s friendly, attentive, and always does extra to make us feel welcome. Thanks to her and the whole team for making our stays so enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to coming back and making more family memories. Highly recommended.

The food could use some improvement. The pastries were fine, but the noodles and vegetables tasted a little bland. By our final day, though, the food was really good. We had a memorable 4 days and 3 nights. The receptionists greeted us warmly, and our new room was very clean with a city view. The kitchen area was comfortable, and our requests were always taken care of. We also appreciated being allowed to check in at 1 PM instead of the official 3 PM, and not being charged the 10% fee for foreigners/visitors. Would we come back? A big YESSSS! Thanks for the great service.

Lisa at the front desk made check-in easy. She was polite, professional, and went out of her way to help. The room at Cormar Suites was impressively spacious and spotlessly clean, which made for a comfortable stay. I’d highly recommend it for the service and quality.

Lisa and Uni made the visit memorable, welcoming us with smiles and care, then walking us through the room in detail. Their professionalism and warm hospitality really stood out. The hotel has a nice feel even though it’s right in the city, and KLCC is only about a 10-minute walk away. Lisa was very professional and cheerful, and she patiently explained the hotel services. She also helped upgrade my room, which made a great first impression.
