The breakfast was a highlight, with a tasty meal and plenty of choices each morning. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, which made me feel welcome from the start. Most major sights in the city are about a ten-minute walk away, so getting around for sightseeing was easy. The convenient location, service, and food made my stay memorable. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur for work or a holiday.

Chef Sugo handled a difficult crowd that wasn't keeping to the queue with so much patience, and still made each guest feel welcome. He even went out of his way to make me a custom cheese salad roti canai and paneer uttappam. His skill, humility, and calm leadership really stood out. Chef Sugo and Chef Chong made breakfast unforgettable. They're at the heart of what makes this hotel excellent and deserve special recognition for how dedicated they are to guests. We'll definitely be back.

We had three rooms for four days at DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur, and the staff made us feel comfortable and looked after throughout. Everyone was warm, sweet, and accommodating when we had requests. The hotel connects directly to a mall with lots of places to eat and shop, as well as a large supermarket, which was very convenient. Breakfast had a great spread of cuisines each day, especially the nasi lemak station with different sides every morning. And check-in came with those classic warm DoubleTree cookies. Excellent stay from start to finish.

The room was super clean and comfy, and the bed was really nice. The shower gel smelled good too, and the shower was so enjoyable I didn't want to leave. The front desk guy, sorry I don't know his name, gave great service. We even got free cookies and a birthday cake. We'd requested birthday decorations through Agoda two weeks earlier, but there was a mix-up. They dealt with it quickly and we were still happy with the result. Breakfast was okay, and service was fast and polite. Thanks to Riff and Midah for clearing dirty plates so quickly. I'd definitely stay again!

Breakfast had plenty of choice, though a few dishes tasted bland. Baked beans are usually my favorite, but these were disappointing and lacked flavor, so I'd give the food four stars. The service, though, deserves five. Mr Alex was attentive and friendly every morning, checking on guests and making sure breakfast was comfortable and enjoyable. Miss ennan was kind, welcoming, and helpful as well. Mr Alex, who was also the team leader, helped create a warm atmosphere. If you're staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur, look forward to being served by him. His hospitality made breakfast memorable. Thanks especially to Mr Alex, Miss Ennan, and the whole team for the magnificent service and for making our stay so welcoming and pleasant.
