The location and other services were okay and reasonable, but I still haven’t received my 200 ringgits deposit. They said it would be transferred back to my bank account 2 weeks after checkout, but that hasn’t happened.

The price was good, and the space was more like an Airbnb than a hotel. It was near KL sentral, and the rooms were very large, with a kitchen and microwave.

The room we were given was extremely dirty and full of cockroaches, and the hotel had a very unpleasant smell that was hard to tolerate. The facilities weren’t clean or properly maintained either, which made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing. We expected better cleanliness and service from a hotel with this rating. Please take immediate steps to improve hygiene and service, and provide appropriate compensation for this poor experience.

Getting to KL Sentral and NU Sentral mall was easy from this fantastic location. The managers were attentive, quick to communicate, and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, cozy, and comfortable throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Hollywood Home's for a memorable Airbnb experience!

The room had plenty of space and good facilities. The pool was okay, but the gym was under maintenance. Getting to the railway station meant a walk of about 1.2 km, check-in was at 3PM, and daily carpark cost 25RMY.
