At checkout, we had to wait 15 minutes, and the receptionist looked at me like I owed her a million dollars. Earlier, I couldn’t find the place and the customer service representative seemed impatient when I asked for help. I’d paid and didn’t understand what was going on, but still got yelled at. What kind of customer service is that? 😀 Never again! 🙃

The price was really cheap, and I found the stay comfortable. The place had nice decor and came fully furnished, including a washing machine, iron, and refrigerator. Very satisfied, and I’d be happy to stay here on my next trip.

The hosts were polite, kind, and quick to respond, and check-in and checkout came with very detailed instructions. I had a peaceful, relaxing stay and could really clear my head. I enjoyed it a lot and would happily come back 😊

I stay here often, and the room is consistently clean and comfortable. The customer service is responsive and always makes me feel welcome. I’d definitely recommend booking with MOKA.

We really liked the apartment. It was clean and well looked after, and Setia City Mall is nearby, which worked perfectly for our stay. The bath towels were our one small gripe: they didn’t absorb water well and had a slight smell after use.
