There are plenty of food choices nearby and lots of parking. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. They ask for a RM50 cash deposit and return it when you check out. You can check out late for a small charge taken from that deposit. Our room was clean and spacious enough for my family of five. Towels were provided, but not toiletries, and there's no kettle or fridge. The iron and water dispenser are out in the corridor. It took a while for the shower water to get warm.

The reception was friendly, and there are roadside parking spots around the hotel. You'll need to pay a RM50 deposit at check-in. A water dispenser is available for refilling bottles. The room was clean and the shower had good pressure, though it seemed there was no hot water. Neither body wash nor shampoo was provided in the bathroom.

Finding a parking space takes luck, and there aren't many food shops nearby, so you have to walk a bit. We had a double queen room, and it was really clean, including the bed. No odd smell or dirty spots, which was great. The bathroom didn't have hot water. Turning the shower tap either way made no difference. Still, the room and bed were very good and clean.

I won't stay here again. The service has dropped a lot over the past few years, and I think the counter staff need to be taught how to treat guests properly. We were handled very unprofessionally. When I checked in, the window lock was broken. They gave excuses instead of fixing it, saying nobody would come in through the window because nobody knew the lock was broken, along with other nonsense. They also wouldn't provide an extra access card. The second person had to come down to reception and ask staff to open the door. On top of that, they refused to give my daughter an extra pillow. The hotel used to be good, with friendly staff, about three years ago. I'm sure I can get much better service at another nearby hotel.
