Hello host, I booked through Agoda for June 15-19 and have been waiting more than a week for a reply to my check-in questions. I asked through Agoda and by direct email. I’ll be arriving around 9 PM with an infant, and I’d like to know the check-in process so there won’t be any trouble. Please reply to my email. Thank you.

The room had plenty of space and a nice view, but there was a musty smell. The bathroom seemed poorly maintained, with water leaking from the ceiling. I wouldn’t recommend the pool or sauna either, they weren’t worth it.

The rooms were lovely, and the service was great. Hassan agent was the best! 🙏🏻

The apartment itself felt worn and nothing like the fresh, modern place shown in the agoda photos. The table’s wood was faded, there were scratches on the walls and floor, and the sofa was covered with a white sheet, which made us think it was too unpleasant to sit on. The office chair was stained and felt so gross that we avoided using it. The bathroom was okay, and the sheets seemed clean. We felt misled by the difference between the pictures and what we actually got. There were a couple of positives: it’s near the Petronas, and the person who handed over the apartment was friendly and helpful. That was about all we liked. The whole tower had an unpleasant smell, something plasticky in the gym and an old odor elsewhere. We noticed it in the apartment too. We couldn’t be sure, but it seemed possible pets had stayed there, and maybe a cat pee smell was still around after cleaning. The Wi-Fi kept cutting out, and we could hear the road clearly, even though we weren’t in the cheapest room category. Those cheaper rooms face directly onto the road. The building facilities were underwhelming. There weren’t many loungers by the pool, and it was mostly small kids using it. There was no outdoor place to relax apart from the pool area. The gym had that plastic smell, though the treadmill was especially good. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels, villas, and apartments over the last few years, and this was easily the worst value, even at its lower price. I’d stay somewhere else.
