There’s little to like about this property beyond the low price, and I wouldn’t rent or buy here if you rely on deliveries or online shopping. Parcels can be stolen or damaged, and security and management don’t take responsibility for keeping them safe. There’s no CCTV around the entrance, lobby, or mailroom, so good luck with deliveries, especially with random people potentially getting inside and the kind of tenants living here. There are also sudden electrical room explosions that cut the power, along with false fire alarms that make people panic.

A nice spot to rest, and it felt worth the price. The facilities were kept in good condition, and the in-room amenities worked. The studio suits a bachelor. It was clean, though not spotless, with a few strands of hair. There’s also a minibar with extra charges. ❤

The suite is cozy, and the location works well if you’re driving. Check-in and checkout hours are the only issue, so plan ahead and communicate if you need to arrive or leave outside those times.

The management is a bully, especially the Indian guy who acts tough. I filed a police report. He tried to threaten me, and when I took a video as proof, he screamed and forced me to delete it and wanted to inspect my phone. Thank goodness I had a backup. Disgusting attitude.
