The room had useful USB A and C sockets, and breakfast was adequate, though I would have liked more choice. The hotel was a good choice for my first visit to Kuala Lumpur and offered good value. Its location was quite good, but getting to the metro is a fair walk if you're carrying luggage. Cabs are easy to find and very inexpensive compared with the UK.

Eyka, the guest experience manager, was incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, she sent a personalized email and WhatsApp, and when I went to the wrong lift, she came to meet us right there. The service was better than at some five star hotels I've visited, even though this place isn't luxurious or exactly five star. The affordable couple's package was absolutely worth it, and left us happy and satisfied. My husband said it was his best birthday celebration ever. We walked around Bukit Bintang, went to Pavillion, saw Bukit Bintang at night, and got a massage before returning to a comfortable hotel. The location is strategic, the atmosphere has a nice scent, the room was better than expected, and it was very clean and quiet. You get more than you pay for. Amenities are like any hotel, with a big playroom for the kids. The service was the best, truly top class. Thank you to the hotel team.

The location was ideal for our first trip to SE Asia, just a block from Jalan Alor food street, yet still quiet, with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Before booking, I spent hours reading reviews for hotels in what was supposed to be the best area for first timers, and was nervous after seeing reports of bed bugs, cockroaches, broken air conditioning, and questionable hygiene. Royal Signature turned out to be absolutely perfect for our five nights. The rooms were clean and modern, with comfy beds, lovely linen, water bottles, coffee, a kettle, shampoos, and lotions. Staff were friendly and helpful, the pool area was clean and inviting, and the breakfast was amazing, with something for many nationalities and tastes. Everywhere, you could see how much the hotel cares about its guests. I'm sorry to leave. Hotel Royal Signature made my first trip to Malaysia so special. Absolute thumbs up.

I appreciated how Guest Experience Manager Ms. Mandy noticed me holding my son while I waited at reception around 3:00 pm for my room number. She came over, asked if I needed help, and updated me with the number. Her attentiveness and help meant a lot. The hotel environment is nice and the location is very good, close to Pavilion and Jalan Alor food street, though reception staff could improve. I had emailed the reservation team after booking, and Izyani confirmed my remarks had been added. Nothing had been prepared, so instead of my husband getting a surprise, I was the one surprised, and very disappointed. I've stayed in many hotels, but this was the first time I had to wait until 3:00 pm and then go back to reception to ask for a room number. It would improve the experience if the hotel offered early check-in for families with young children.
