The room had a spacious, rustic feel. It's in Losong, on the way to Taman Tamadun Islam and the jetty to Redang. There are plenty of local breakfast options nearby, plus an attached coffee shop, but unfortunately it was closed during my visit. The towels could be larger and better quality, and the Wi-Fi password didn't work.

The rooms were clean and cosy, and the price felt fair. There's a cafe downstairs with good food. But it's right by a busy main road, and with wooden floors and walls you can hear everything. I wouldn't recommend it for families with young kids.

The location was a real plus, with places like the Crystal Mosk and National Museum just a short ride away by bike. China town, the palace, and the tortoise alley are also reachable in the city center. The family running the place were amazing. I’d recommend it without hesitation, and I’m already looking forward to coming back to Malaysia and spending a few days here. :)

We stayed in an upstairs unit with three rooms for our family. The retro wooden walls and floors give the place its style, and it’s in the historic town of Kg Losong in Kuala Terengganu. The room was comfortable, with air conditioning, bedsheets, towels, a locker, WiFi, television, and housekeeping. The bathroom is shared and has a hot shower. There’s also luggage storage, passcode access, and guest parking behind the building. It’s about ten minutes from the Kuala Terengganu exit Tol, and Kafe Kedai Koffiee is right in the building. Finding Western food nearby wasn’t difficult.
