The room had plenty of space, almost like a one-bedroom apartment, with a living area, a small kitchen for warming food, and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I was on the 42nd floor, and the city view at night was fantastic. The decor and furniture feel dated, though, and the green walls don't help the atmosphere. A refresh with brighter colors and updated furnishings would make a difference. The TV had no channels, but a unit was provided. The location is hard to beat. Go Daily Service Suite @ Times Square is connected to Imbi Monorail Station, and being inside Berjaya Times Square puts shopping, food, and entertainment right there. It's convenient for getting around Kuala Lumpur. The lifts can take a while during busy periods, even with six running. The person who handled my booking was excellent, helpful and responsive, which I appreciated. With some modernization, this could be outstanding. As it is, the location, roomy suites, and value are strong points, especially if convenience in central Kuala Lumpur matters to you.
