Hanson Hotel

I’ve been here for almost three months and it’s been a good stay. The hotel is clean, the atmosphere is friendly, and it’s close to my workplace. Jane has been especially welcoming. Thanks, and I hope to stay here again.

The location worked well for me, near Maluri LRT and MRT, Aeon Hypermarket, and Sunway Velocity mall. The neighborhood is run down, though, and parking space is limited. It’s very cheap, so I didn’t expect much, but I’m unlikely to return. I was given a downstairs room because I had heavy luggage, but there’s no lift. The room felt cramped and had some carpet. The bathroom was clean and comfortable, though its doorway is so close to the room entrance that there’s little room to move in or out. There was only a tiny table and a closet with hangers, no cupboards. The TV picture was blurry, and the room wasn’t soundproof. A kettle and two small melamine mugs were provided, plus two very small 230 ml bottles of water each day. There’s no water dispenser.

I’ve been staying here for over seven months and am still here. The place is quiet, and the doors and windows have locks for safety. With the windows closed, I can’t hear noise, so I can get a good rest. The staff are friendly and helpful, too. Bro Faizul is respectful and always replies when I call or message. He’s ready to help. It’s a low-priced hotel that works for a rest and a night’s sleep. Cleanliness was okay, but there was a stain on the bedsheet and the toilet door was broken. There were also too many “fancy” stickers. It could be a very good hotel if those things were improved.
