Hartamas Business Hotel

For the price and location, this hotel is good value, with plenty of eateries open day and night nearby. The room and toilet are old, but clean, and the bedsheets were clean too. The lift, though, doesn’t work. I heard it’s been out of order for years, so I had to use the stairs to reach my third-floor room each time.

My company’s staff used to stay here regularly, around three or four nights almost every week, but we’ve given up on the hotel after giving it too many chances. There are insects in the blanket every time, and repeated complaints haven’t led to improvements. The cleanliness is very poor. Early in the morning, noise from the kitchen downstairs can be heard, and the lift has been broken for five months without being repaired. I’m sorry to say we won’t be back. I hope things improve in the future.

The TV channels weren’t working, and the explanation was a satellite issue. Then fix it.

With the lift broken, we had to carry all our stuff by hand to the highest floor. The flush and pipes were broken too, and the cleanliness was awful. Some people who gave this place two stars or more must be the owner and his friends. It doesn’t meet hotel standards. Now I understand why it’s cheap. It’s not suitable for families, couples, or groups of friends. It seems mainly meant for short-term business stays.
