Getting a key card for a room that already had guests inside made me feel extremely unsafe. Their belongings were still there when I opened the door, which felt like a serious violation of privacy and safety. The room itself was disgusting, with mold on the pillow, bed, sheets and even in the toilet. This is unsanitary and completely unacceptable for a hotel. I also found the Agoda photos misleading, and the positive reviews there seemed unreliable to me, almost as if they had been bought. I was very uncomfortable staying here. I wouldn't trust this place, and I wouldn't stay here again under any circumstances.

We booked two deluxe rooms for two nights, but ended up moving to another inn at midnight. On the final day, we were put in a bunk bed room with cockroaches. They said the reason was full occupancy, even though they were still taking bookings from T***a. Management promised to refund the room difference, but we never got it. Be careful, they gave someone a room that had already been checked in to another guest and entered without permission.

The lobby is dark, and parking is a real hassle. If you go in and decide not to stay, they reprimand you. Girls going alone should be cautious about their safety. It seems okay if you go with a guy.

The location is good, and the rooms are clean enough with comfortable beds, but a lot of the lockers don't work and the Wi-Fi never does. Bathrooms are so small you can't even take your things in with you. They also keep the lights off, so there's no social life in the hostel. My bigger problem was the service. I booked four nights in a four-bed room, then got moved to another room halfway through for no reason. They asked me to come in during the day to move my things, but had already moved our stuff; after I'd moved everything, they told me to change beds again. I asked other guests and heard this had happened to people in my room three times. They even checked someone into our room at 3 AM and turned on all the lights while we were asleep. I wouldn't recommend staying here. I had to find somewhere else.
