Hotel 99 - Kepong

The price felt completely unjustified for how uncomfortable the room was. There was no private parking, the bathroom was in very poor condition, and I could hear guests using the bathroom in the room above, loudly. The old air conditioner was noisy too, and the TV had only two channels. Those problems made the stay frustrating. The hotel needs to improve.

My room was meant to be non-smoking, but it smelled like cigarettes. The service was awful too, even the shortest staff member yelled at me. Watch out for him. This really ruined my trip.

The front desk was really rude during my four-day stay. That young guy has no manners. Be careful.

The air conditioning barely cooled the room, and I had three kids with me. I set it to 16 degrees, but it still felt like 28 or 29. I have 20 years of experience as a home appliance salesman and tried washing the filter net myself, but that made no difference. We were only there to rest for a few hours before checking out at 6 a.m., but it was a miserable night. For this price, it was not worth it. Don't waste your money here. I arrived at almost 9 p.m., exhausted, and the staff kept asking me this and that. I booked three rooms through axxda, specifying two non-smoking rooms and one smoking room, but they gave me all non-smoking rooms. Terrible hotel, and I'm not usually fussy.
