I was here on a business trip, and the walk-in rate was competitive with booking online. They also offered a gift card deal: stay 10 nights and get one night free. The staff were very helpful, especially Mimie at the counter. I'd definitely recommend it to my colleagues.

The location was the only thing I found acceptable. The receptionist's attitude was okay, but the room was filthy and smelled bad. Part of the ceiling wallpaper had come off, and the bedsheet had a large yellow stain. I couldn't bring myself to use the shower, so I booked somewhere else in KL. Don't be fooled by the price. I'll never stay here again.

You can get views and look around the area, and it's one of the cheapest residential hotels for couples or solo guests. But saving money here means accepting problems: sometimes there's no bedsheet, just a mattress, the bathroom fan may not work, and bad smells hit you. For a stay of a day or two, I'd suggest choosing a recommended hotel with better service.

There were lots of mosquitoes in the room, and staff said they had no spray on the premises. We had booked a queen double room but found just one towel, and had to ask for another. The room was too dirty, and when we asked to switch to a better one, the receptionist said everything was fully booked, even though I could see availability online. The service at OYO 561 MS BUKIT BINTANG was awful. Customers pay to stay comfortably, and we couldn't get away from the mosquitoes. Management should take note.
