The internet often barely connects, there's water shortage when pipes leak or burst, and the washing machine isn't maintained if you're renting a room here. After a long day at work, who wants to deal with all that while paying RM900 rent? Management is slow to fix problems, but quick and efficient when it comes to raising the rent in the middle of your contract. Lousy management.

The Wi-Fi is painfully slow and often won't connect. It's a terrible place to stay if you work and need to use a laptop every day.

The agent and service are very bad. We've had no water supply continuously for a week, and nobody has taken action. The room rental payment is charged late, but the room service is still very poor.

Not even one star. The management and the room are both very bad, there's always no water, the management doesn't respond, and the lift keeps having problems. Definitely don't recommend it. Ugh, very, very, very bad.
