The staff were polite and helpful at the front desk, and housekeeping responded quickly and efficiently when I needed help. The service was satisfactory. The room itself needs work: the mattress was in very poor shape and uncomfortable, and it lacked basics like a tissue roll and hairdryer. A fold-down wall table would also be useful for belongings in such limited space. Room comfort and facilities need improvement.

The hotel was clean, my room was good for the price, and the WiFi worked well. Reception were polite and helpful, and the service was good. There was no kettle or fridge, though. One issue kept happening: when I charged my computer with the air conditioning on, the electricity cut out almost every day. I had to switch it back on by hand. That felt a bit dangerous and they should sort it out. Still, it was a good stay, and I'd come again. :)

It's quiet here, and the hotel is always clean and well organized. Staff are friendly, downtown is nearby, and whatever you might need is close at hand at reasonable prices.

I've already stayed at Living At D’Sulaiman Hotel twice and would come back. Check-in was quick and easy, the receptionist was friendly, and there's no deposit. The room was clean and cozy, with comfortable clean bedsheets. It's a bit small, but there's enough space for the price. Towels and body wash are provided, but bring your own toothbrush.
