Ms Florina was so welcoming and helpful during our wonderful family getaway at Berjaya Times Square Hotel. Our room had a spectacular city view, and the hotel’s location right in the city center made it easy to walk to LRT stations, shopping centers, and major attractions. A perfect choice for our family. Recommended, and we’ll definitely come again. Thanks BTSH 👍

We had a very pleasant, comfortable stay and would come back. The rooms are spacious and very big, with reasonable prices, and the location is strategic, next to a big mall in central KL. Staff were polite and accommodating. The room came with tea, coffee, snacks, and complete toiletries in the bathroom. There’s a big, beautiful pool, a small gym, and a table tennis table. Breakfast is full vegetarian style, though they do cook eggs in different ways. The menu gets repetitive, and some rooms may need refurbishing.

Razon, Rana, the Food & Beverage team, and the poolside staff were friendly and helpful. Their service was professional and attentive, and they made us feel welcome. I especially want to recognize the very good F&B service and excellent poolside service. Reception was a different story. The team seemed unprofessional and unhelpful, and didn’t seem interested in resolving issues efficiently. At check-in, the room we were first given was dusty, had visible bathroom mould, and a very unpleasant toilet smell. After we complained, we were moved to a cleaner room in better condition. Even then, the hotel didn’t match the expectations from its online photos and rating. The room and furnishings looked old, worn, and fragile, the bed squeaked badly, and the place felt dated and in need of renovation. The initial room’s condition, the bathroom smell, and the reception team’s lack of professionalism left us disappointed. The hotel doesn’t fully reflect the standard it advertises online.

Abby at the Berjaya Times Square Hotel breakfast buffet made the mornings feel welcoming and personal. I asked her about different teas, and she gave me recommendations. What really stood out was that she remembered our conversation and followed up the next day. She was kind, attentive, and thoughtful from the start. Her quick, warm service and genuine care for guests deserve recognition. Abby represents the best of hospitality, and her dedication added to my stay. Thank you, Abby. The hotel is fortunate to have her.
