From my studio on the 42nd floor, near the top of the building, I had a good view and plenty of space, with a king bed. The sink and shower pressure were weaker than expected, and unfortunately my unit only had cold water. Cleaning was pretty sloppy: there was hair in the shower drain and under the sheets, plus rubbish tucked away in a few spots.

The location is a real plus, right in Berjaya time Sequare and beside Imbi monorail station, and the staff were helpful. For a night or two, it's not bad, though the rooms feel old and could use maintenance. Mine had a wooden chair and tables instead of a sofa. The bathroom had a tub and a separate shower, and there was a small fridge. Pool, gym and steam bath are on level 15.

The price was affordable, and the one-bedroom apartment had lots of space in a great location. Berjaya mall is on the G floor, with easy access to food, shops and massage places. The vegetarian breakfast had a good range, though it didn't really suit us. Still, it was good value for money.

We booked and paid through AGODA, but couldn't even check in. After arriving at Berjaya Times Square, we couldn't reach the hotel despite calling about 30 times. We went back and forth from the BUKIT BINTANG HOTEL SUITES AND RESIDENCES(Tower A & B), exhausted from travelling, while AGODA told us to wait. We chose this place because of the good reviews and ended up feeling scammed. The management was very poor, and I'm furious. I'd pick somewhere else if you want a reliable, restful stay.
