We didn’t sleep well either of the two nights, and the room didn’t feel very comfortable. The mirror was also placed strangely. Check-in itself was quick, but the card they gave me wouldn’t open the door. I had to walk up and down the stairs three times to get a replacement from the counter. Once or twice would be understandable, but three mistakes is too much. I hope they can improve. Thank you.

I needed somewhere in the Sungai Besi area for one day, so I booked a one-night stay. I didn’t cancel because I checked Google to double-check, and it said the hotel was open. It was still listed as open on the day I arrived. But the hotel was completely closed, with the glass door locked by an iron chain and an A4 sheet saying “HOTEL TUTUP.” Agoda had offered the room for RM85 including tax, and I’d already paid.

The location was really convenient, close to a pharmacy, the LRT and shops, and the customer service was friendly. But I was disappointed when I got into the room. The toilet smelled awful, and there was a cockroach inside. I just couldn't put up with that. They need to improve this.

There were lots of cockroaches in the family room, and there wasn't any cleaning service. I hope they fix this soon.
