We stayed on level 57, in a room with a great view facing KL tower. The location is handy, close to KLCC. Downstairs there’s a 7 elevent, a coffee shop, snack vending machine, and ATM. The room had a smart TV, water dispenser, and a fully equipped kitchenette. We’d stay here again.
We had booked a 3-bedroom place but were given a 2-bedroom family apartment instead. They arranged things so everything was in good condition, and we were satisfied. Thanks to Mr Abdullah for helping us.
The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean. I had a really pleasant stay, with good service throughout. I’d recommend the hotel and would stay again.
