The place didn't look like the photos. I checked out at 2:30, and they charged RM15 an hour, so the total came to 15 x 3 = RM45. Wouldn't recommend.

For RM198, the two king bedroom was quite comfortable and most things were nice. The AC was a little slow, though, and the location meant noise pollution, especially from motorcycles.

The room was clean, but very small, and the bathroom needs some maintenance. The location is poor, though there are 7-11 and KK shops next door. At check-in, the female receptionist said I owed RM10 government tax and RM10 weekend tax for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I said I would pay the RM10 government tax but not the weekend charge. After calling her manager, she agreed to take only RM10. Be careful, it felt like a scam.

My friend and I started coughing and getting sore throats as soon as smoke from the joss sticks and mosquito coils at reception drifted into our ground floor room. The receptionist suggested turning on the bathroom exhaust fan, but it made no difference. Another guest told us someone staying upstairs had been bitten all over by unknown insects, possibly fleas, after one night. The room itself was dirty and stained, including the bed and toilet, and did not match the Agoda photos. There was also an extra RM10 per night weekend fee at check-in that had not been mentioned on Agoda or during booking. When we tried to get back the RM10 for the day we checked in, the manager said it was already recorded in the system and couldn't be refunded. After I left a bad review, my Agoda booking history disappeared. I emailed OYO to complain and was told this was no longer their property. I feel badly treated and disappointed with the hotel's quality and service.

We came in after traveling through several cheap places, but this was easily the worst. We were booked for three nights and left without staying even one. The room was dark, dirty, and damp, with mould remnants and crumbs everywhere. The bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned: the toilet paper was soggy, and there was hair in the toilet and around the shower. The lobby was hot, humid, and uncomfortable, and the hotel's sign outside was broken and flickering. We were told to pay extra tourist charges for four days, despite our three night booking. The room key, TV remote, and air con remote were handed over, with the batteries taped in place. Then we were directed to a lift marked broken and under maintenance. We decided to leave, booked another hotel, and had to take a taxi there. When we explained the room's condition to the receptionist and asked for a refund, he said Agoda had to handle it. Agoda repeatedly told us the hotel had to authorize the refund, and the hotel has kept refusing. Agoda also said the hotel claimed we hadn't reported any issues and had left the next day after staying the first night. That is completely untrue. Having to find another hotel late at night in a large foreign city was horrible and traumatic. The stay and customer service were awful. Please avoid this place. I'd like the hotel to contact me so we can arrange a refund for the three nights we didn't stay. Thank you.
