We stayed for a long time and the service was consistently excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful, and made us feel valued. Special thanks to Chef Rafik, Dining manager Path and Manager Yoga. We'll keep coming back.

The service problem was the worst part of the stay. Starting at 6:40 AM, the PA system in my room kept ringing until almost 8:00 AM for no apparent reason. Nobody answered when I called the front desk, so I went down to the lobby myself. They said hotel security was running a “test,” which was an unacceptable explanation for doing it that early. Other guests were coming out of their rooms too, clearly bothered by the noise. It caused a lot of inconvenience, and I hope management takes it seriously and makes sure it doesn't happen again. The room itself was acceptably clean, but noise came through clearly from the neighboring room. I also saw mold between the bathroom tiles, which was unpleasant.

We had iftar here on 7/3. The food and desserts were delicious, and the place felt cozy. Staff were friendly and the service was great. The receptionist at Level G kindly took our picture at the photo spot in the lobby.

I only stayed one night, but found the amenities complete. There was even an iron and ironing board in my room, and a water cuckoo water filter on my floor. Having MRT SD Barat station right next door was very convenient. It was a pleasant stay.
