Customer service was good, and the room itself was nice, but the aircon worked very slowly and I was sweating badly in the air-conditioned room. The bathroom was clean, though there was no dental care set, and the drain stayed clogged, so we had to wait for the water to go down before someone else could shower. Please improve these things. Parking is free, but you need to validate it at the counter.

We chose this hotel so we could be near the Batu caves for rock climbing. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the hotel was tidy. There's a seven 11 by the lobby and good restaurants nearby, including the pure heart veggie restaurant. The pool view didn't match some of the pictures, and the gym was very old and basic with no AC. WiFi didn't work in the room.

The last time we stayed here last week, the bathroom door locked while I was inside. Maintenance took some time to come up after I called. I think upkeep is poor, and I can't imagine being stuck in there alone. The food was extremely bad too, and it seemed the previous chef was no longer there. I booked this hotel for my parents two years ago, and they really liked the service and food then. Now, with this experience, I'd only stay if I had no expectations of what a hotel should be.

Breakfast was good, and Chef Hussein cooking fresh eggs when asked was priceless. Amir in the cafe offered to make traditional coffee, and it was yummy and hot. The room was spacious and nice, with a 😍😍 city view from the 9th floor. Thank you, team.

The dining area was clean and comfortable, and the staff refilled dishes quickly. Breakfast had a good variety, including nasi lemak, and the food tasted good. I was happy with the experience.
