Leo Leisure Hotel at Central Market

The location is good, but the hostel felt dirty and uncomfortable, with bed bugs. After my first night, I woke up with bites all over my arm, and I left pictures to show them. It honestly felt more like a prison, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. When I arrived, the receptionist warned me that people had had belongings stolen and advised me to get a lock. I went looking for one, but the only one I found wasn't working properly. The receptionist who'd spoken to me had left, so I asked another staff member where I could buy one nearby. He said he didn't know. I then mentioned leaving my backpack at reception while I went out, but he told me not to leave it there. I explained that his colleague had been the one to suggest leaving it at reception. He suddenly started shouting, telling me to go away, stop bothering him, and that he wasn't responsible for me. People passing by began staring. I told him he had no right to shout at me, that I was a customer and was speaking respectfully, and warned him not to shout or disrespect me again.

It's in a good location, but this is a very basic star hotel with no amenities. It needs a deep clean, and there are mice, bed bugs, and cockroaches.

I booked a room to myself, but it felt like I had roommates. The room seemed decent at first, until I could hear a baby crying, people talking loudly, and plates and utensils being used in another room. It wasn't a good experience.

The staff were accommodating, and the room was just okay. What bothered me was that they didn't really enforce the rule about not disturbing other guests. During my stay, one group drank a lot, brought their booze into the dorm, and played audio on their phones so loudly that they disturbed other guests as well as me.
