The main thing in this building’s favor is its Brickfields location. For two bedrooms, rent starts above 3200 RM, which doesn’t seem worthwhile when there are bigger and cheaper places nearby. The units are small and expensive. There are also recurring problems with the property. Materials and construction seem poor: drilling and grinding noises are constant, amenities such as the basketball court, pool and games are often damaged, and fixtures inside units, including switches, glass walls, bidets, kitchen piping, A/C and fans, break easily. The materials are all china made + imported. Units near waste disposal areas are intolerable, and roaches and mosquitoes are frequent. Parcels are often pilfered, with little response from management. Owners and agents are cordial before signing, then unresponsive when you leave, making deposits hard to retrieve. Security and CCTV are ineffective. Don’t be taken in by paid influencer reviews with amazing photos.

I’ve been living here for two months and still have another 10 months to go. The location works well, close to KL Sentral and its transport options. Visitor parking is available until 00:00, which is good. The facilities feel too small for three towers. The gym gets crowded, the sauna is small, and there are families with children everywhere, so it can be noisy. The unit also seems poorly built: you can see the tube in the kitchen, and washing too many dishes causes flooding, which is ridiculous. Security guards are all around but can be useless, sometimes not even holding a door when your hands are full. I’ve never experienced that before 😂 Short-term rentals aren’t allowed these days, so booking through a website could cause check-in problems. Also, my unit faces the clothes shop, where they play music very loudly. If you want somewhere quiet, be careful choosing this place.

The pool and gym are on the 8th floor, and I loved the pool’s east-facing view. It’s the best pool I’ve swum in. The design is minimalist, and the location is prime, around 1.5 km from KL Sentral suites. You can try a range of Indian food nearby, though it’s a bit costly for a family rental. For a short stay or business trip, it’s a great choice. The view depends on the tower and which way your window faces, but the place is worth your Penny. Thx for reading.

You’re about five minutes on foot from KL Sentral, with other amenities close by. The design is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and the view is amazing. The facilities feel luxurious, especially the sauna with lockers. There’s plenty of parking, though the turn toward the exit is quite sharp. Staff and security were helpful and well mannered. Good service.

The best part was how convenient the location was. We could walk from the KLIA express station with our luggage in about 15 minutes, and there are tasty restaurants with friendly service nearby. Study the route before setting off, though: leaving the station takes you through a crowded, chaotic shopping mall, and you need to find the exit with the road overpass and escalator. Our group of five found the suite clean and comfortable, with a nice view and enough space. There were two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, plus another double bed in the hall. The hall also had a kitchen corner with a fridge, microwave and electronic flask, as well as a living area with a TV and sofa and another bathroom. Service was quite bad. My friend called the operator, who I guess was the owner, before we arrived, but we still waited about 20 minutes with no apology. We paid an insurance fee of 100 RM without any documents, and got the same treatment from the same staff the next morning. Weigh the pros and cons before deciding.
