M Hotel at Medan Tuanku

I booked a room at M Hotel (Medan Tuanku) and asked for early check-in. That part was fine, since we only needed somewhere to rest for a few hours before going to Nilai. When we arrived, the receptionist asked if there were three of us. I explained that we’d only be there briefly and asked to check out late, at 6 PM. The staff refused, saying the room was only for two people, and even suggested one of us wait outside if we wanted to stay longer. That was completely unreasonable. I didn’t argue, though I was frustrated. If we were leaving at 6 PM, there’d still be plenty of time to clean the room for the next guest. The hotel showed no flexibility or creativity, and this was my worst hotel experience. First and last time staying here. Thanks for the kind service, but never again.
