Majestic KLCC Infinity Pool | 5min Walk to Mall & Train

I booked through booking.com and really enjoyed my stay. The check-in was easy, and the room was lovely, with views that matched the picture exactly. I’d had a miscommunication, but the host Fawad sorted it out for me. They even left laundry detergent, which was a nice touch. I’ll definitely book again. Thanks, Fawad.

I stayed in an Airbnb here for 2 days and 1 night, Wednesday and Thursday, and the service was poor. The fan remote didn’t work properly, the Mitsubishi air conditioner wasn’t cooling, and there was no body shampoo. They didn’t pick up my calls until I tried for the fourth time. Renovation is still going on in the building, including at the kids’ swimming pool. There was also lots of dust on the 22nd floor.

The stay had nice views and friendly staff, but one staff member can ruin a vacation. The guard at the pool, Rajesh Sah, was rude and unprofessional to visitors. A lot of people saw what happened and agreed he was making the situation bigger than it was. My mom was sitting on a cheap plastic chair in the sun, so I moved it half a meter to keep the sun off her face and bring her closer to my chair. I’d have paid if anything happened to it. Rajesh Sah spoke rudely, started taking pictures of my mother, and asked for her personal information. I said I’d put the chair back when I left, but he kept being rude and taking pictures. He claimed to be the manager, though he isn’t, and sent guests away from the facilities. In the end, all I’d done was move a plastic chair less than a meter to the right. I’m usually a nice and reasonable person and don’t write negative reviews. If he’d spoken to me politely, there wouldn’t have been an issue. If I managed the building, I’d reconsider having Rajesh Sah deal with visitors. Tourists come for the facilities, and staff like that could cost the place business.

NEVER RECOMMEND This was the worst hotel I’ve ever booked. It was pricey, and the quality was below one star. The suite wasn’t cozy, and the toilet door wouldn’t close, so it had to stay open. There was a kitchen shelf, but no kitchen equipment. There was no safe, so I had to take all my things with me. The bathroom only had shower gel, no shampoo. The gel smelled so horrible that we bought our own. I asked for a hairdryer and an iron, but they only brought the dryer. I paid for service and room cleaning during my 3-night stay, but the towels weren’t changed, and neither the sheets nor blankets were cleaned. I booked the suite 10 days in advance and requested a 12 pm arrival. They said check-in was only at 3 pm, or I could pay more to arrive sooner. We’d been on a flight for about 20 hours and had no other option, so they charged me 60rm. The staff weren’t friendly. The entrance and lobby were horrible, and the corridors were under construction. It cost 240$ for only 3 nights, which seemed pricey compared with other residences. There was also another bed mattress in the room, and I don’t know why.
